Is being COURTEOUS a turn off? - RTG Advice # 28

This was a very interesting question we had received and i think it may be a double standard because there is that age old saying that "Nice guys finish last" but on the other hand, most dudes wouldn't mind a well mannered chick though (well not so much in the bedroom...ZING!!!!)
